Obituary of Maria Santiago

Maria Victoria Santiago passed away peacefully at her home on February 23, 2009 at 11:30 am. Maria was born in Patillas, Puerto Rico on January 20, 1931. She is remembered as a loving wife, doting mother, adoring grandmother and great grandmother. She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of 58 wonderful years, Max Santiago; daughters, Victoria (Don) Maier and Ida (Tim) Blelis; son, Rudy Santiago; grandchildren, Jayson, Jessica, Max, Maria, and Mallory; great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Juliet; and many supportive friends. Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 26, 2009 at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road , Jacksonville , Florida from 5-8 pm. Funeral services will be held on February 27, 2009 at 2:00 pm at the funeral home with interment to follow at Arlington Park Cemetery . Mrs. Santiago will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
