Obituary

REINEKE: Marilyn Ruth Mueller Reineke of Jacksonville, Florida, 85, went home to be with the Lord on November 18th, 2017. Marilyn was born in Sheldon, Iowa on January 5, 1932, the daughter of the late Everett and Ruby Mueller.

She is predeceased by her husband of 33 years, Milo Reineke and her sons Rodney Chris Wagoner and Gregory Scott Wagoner.

She is survived by her brothers Sterling (Martha) Mueller and John Mueller; sons, Patrick Wagoner and Michael (Lucia) Wagoner; eight grandchildren, Corbin Wagoner, David Wagoner, Aaron Wagoner, Deidra Rhoden, Natalie Wagoner, Mackenzie Wagoner, Bailey Wagoner, Stephanie Crosby, five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Above all else Marilyn will be remembered for her love of the Lord, her family and music. Marilyn worked as a switchboard operator at Universal Marion Corporation under Samuel Wolfson. Due to the Wolfson family's generosity, Marilyn and the boys spent several fun vacations at the Wolfson family's thoroughbred horse ranch in Ocala, Harbor View Farms. Between raising her four boys and being active in the Alliance Church of Arlington, Marilyn always found time to share her love of the Lord with others. One of her favorite things to do was find a newcomer at church and invite them back to her house for a Sunday afternoon meal and fellowship. Marilyn and Milo were members of the First Baptist Church of Jacksonville for more than 30 years where they proudly sang in the choir. In her later years, Marilyn loved nothing more than being with family, especially spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The Reineke/Wagoner family will receive friends for a Visitation Gathering 12 p.m. - 2 p.m., Monday, November 27, 2017 in the chapel of the funeral home. A Celebration of Life will begin at 2 p.m. with Dr. Gene Hodges officiating. A Graveside Blessing will immediately follow at Arlington Park Cemetery.
