Obituary of Mark Musielak

Musielak, Mark V. Sr., passed away on January 31, 2008. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and son. He is survived by his devoted wife of 16 years, Carmen; loving children, Mark Jr., Mitchell, and Jarrod; parents, Victor, Sr. and Nancy Musielak of Orlando; brother, Victor Musielak Jr. (Kelli) of Denver, CO; sister, Elizabeth "Beth" Boyd (Chris) of Annapolis, MD; mother-in-law, Thelma Curd of Jacksonville; and sister-in-law, Cara Mackey of Virginia Beach, VA. The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday February 4, 2008 at 10:00 am, with a funeral service to follow at noon in the Chapel of Arlington Park Funeral Home. Services will be officiated by Rev. Roland Cuevas of Blanding Boulevard Baptist Church. Interment to follow in Arlington Park Cemetery.
