Mark William Smith, 47, passed away Monday, September 3, 2018 in Jacksonville, Florida. He was born in Waterville, Maine to Adrian D. Smith and Sandra E. (McGraw) on June 24, 1971.

Mark was preceded in death by his sister Abigail Maynard.

He is survived by; his parents Sandra and Bill Maynard, and Adrian and Bonnie Smith, and brothers; Jay Smith, Greg Smith, Kelly Maynard, Patrick Maynard and his loving partner of 26 years, Michael Norman.

A Memorial Service will be Friday, September 7, 2018 at 12pm in the Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, FL 32211 with Dr. David Patrick officiating.
