Obituary of Marlene Padgett

Mrs. Marlene Neely Padgett, 77, passed away on April 27, 2009 after a long illness. She was born to the late Mr. and Mrs. David and Flora Neely in Beaver Falls, PA. She is remembered as a loving wife, supportive mother, doting grandmother, and trusted friend. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Robert and Clyde Neely, and sister Margaret Hineman. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of nearly 56 wonderful years, Mr. Marlin E. Padgett of Jacksonville, FL; her children, David C. Padgett (Kim) of Atlanta, GA; and Barbara Padgett of Jacksonville, FL; grandson, Ben Padgett; sister, Helen Hurley of Beaver Falls, PA, numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends. Family will receive friends, Thursday, April 30, 2009 from 5-7 pm at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, FL. Her funeral will immediately follow at 7:15 pm.
