Obituary of Martin McCranie

Martin "Clifford" McCranie of Huntsville, formerly of Jacksonville, Florida, he died Tuesday, December 16, 2008. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Ruby C. McCranie of 64 years. Martin is survived by his daughters Sandra Mott and Patricia (William) Doty; grandchildren Martin G. Rogers, Richard Rogers, Sara Williams, Sandi Beckmann, Lynlee Sims, Kristin Osadchuk, William Doty jr.; thirteen great-grandchildren; sister Maggie Musso; brother Cecil McCranie and his beloved rescue dogs, Lucy and Bailey.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 22, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, 6920 Lone Star Road, and a graveside service to follow at 11:00 in the Arlington Park Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to your local Humane Society or to the animal rescue organization of your choice.
