Obituary of Mattie Goodman

Mattie Mae "Mima" Goodman, 98, went to meet her best friend Jesus and her late husband of 68 years, Art, on October 9, 2011. To know her was to love her She touched the lives of everyone who knew her. Mima's life was devoted to family, friends, and spreading the word of Jesus. She was a member of Mandarin United Methodist Church, a prayer warrior, an avid Gator Fan, and to many of us our Queen. Survivors include brother Nick Beasley (Pat); sister Mary Wommack; daughter Jo Anne Wistner (Ray); son Don Goodman (Barbara); grandchildren; great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Love you forever Mima., "See you later Alligator, after while Crocodile". A Celebration of Mattie's life will be held at 3:00pm on Friday, October 14, 2011 at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road with Rev. Missy Hart officiating.
