Mildred T. Chappell, 97, daughter of William Daniel Trout and Clara Bell McCullough, was born on June 19, 1920 in Grand Ledge, Michigan passed away Monday, April 2, 2018 in Jacksonville, Florida.

She loved Family, long walks on the beach, Church as well as her Church family and providing service to others.

Mildred was preceded in death by her husband; Jasper Chappell, daughter; Daralene Wallace, son; Lynwood (Sonny) Chappell and parents; William and Clara Bell Trout.

She is survived by sons; John Cooper, Jerry Cooper and Sam Chappell. Daughters; Juanita Falor, Laverne Henry and Judy Trent as well as a numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren

Visitation will be held Monday, April 9, 2018 from 5-7 pm in the Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 11 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 7665 Fort Caroline Road Jacksonville, Florida 32277 with Bishop Tom Ladd officiating.
