Obituary of Mildred Fridell

Mildred Cobb Fridell passed from this life on December 27, 2013, at the age of 86 years old in Jacksonville, FL. Mildred married the love of her life, William J. Fridell, in 1950 who preceded her in death and is surely welcoming her to heaven. Mildred is survived by daughter Sandra Dyal, son Jay Fridell, granddaughter Kristi Starratt (Wade), great grandson Harrison Starratt and numerous nieces and nephews. Mildred was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother full of unconditional love. Being a spunky, fun-loving soul, Mildred was often known to sing a humorous tune or one of her favorite old songs. Mildred was a true friend to many and treasured by those who had the privilege of knowing her. She enjoyed many years in the Catholic Church family and has been a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church since returning to Jacksonville from St. Petersburg in the 90's. The family will be receiving family and friends at Arlington Park Funeral Home at 6920 Lone Star Rd. Jax., FL 32211 on Monday, December 30, 2013, from 6-8PM. An interment service will be held at her final resting place in Arlington Park Cemetery on Tuesday, December 31, 2013, at 11AM.
