Mildred Fleming Johnson (Fritzie) passed away peacefully at the age of 84 on March 16, 2018 surrounded by her children. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida where she spent most of her life and was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School. Mildred was a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida.

Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, D. Chalmers Johnson, sisters Katherine Hessler and Charlotte Burns. She is survived by her sister Ann Whitfield and brother John Franz Jr; her children, Robert Fleming (Cathy), Kitty Wilmoth, Katherine Rash (John), and Dave Fleming (Suzette); her step children, Dan Johnson (Sue), Jan Adams, Walter Johnson and Alda Wood (Tom); eight grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Mildred was a Past Matron of Arlington Chapter, O.E.S, twice Past Matron of DeFuniak Springs Chapter, O.E.S., and Past Grand Representative of the Grand Chapter of Florida. She was a member of St. Agatha's Episcopal Church in DeFuniak Springs, Florida.

The family will accept visitors on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 1 to 2 PM in the Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service will commence at 2 PM at the Arlington Park Cemetery.
