Myrtice Lavaughn Wilson, fondly known as "Pat" by all of her friends, age 88, daughter of James and Iva King Pattton, was born, May 29, 1928 in Bushnell, Florida, passed from this life, on March 23, 2017 at Brookdale Crown Point in Jacksonville, Florida with her granddaughter, Lexi, by her side.

Pat was a dedicated mother and wife. She enjoyed reading and gardening, during her lifetime.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband, J.R. Wilson, her son, Randy Alan Wilson, and her mother and father.

She is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Wilson-Williams; her sister Helen Almeta Dickerson, her brother Merill Patton and many nieces, nephews, and other family.

Her family and friends will celebrate her life Tuesday, March 28th at 11:00 a.m. at her final resting place, in the Resurrection Gardens of Arlington Park Cemetery, where she will join her late husband, J.R. Wilson, in eternal rest. Pastor George Spencer and Senior Pastor Gee Sprague will officiate.
