Myrtle Burch, 86, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born December 16, 1930 in Douglas, Georgia to Edward Mancil and Lizzie Carter.
She loved spending time studying her Bible. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and sharing her values with her grandkids.

Myrtle is survived by her devoted husband of 61 years, Jim Burch; two sons, James Burch Jr.(Elaine) and John Burch Sr.; her sister, Portia Taylor; a nephew, David Taylor; seven grandkids, Jennifer Burch, Kelly Lecture, Nick Burch, Ashley Burch, Jimmy Gnann, Michael Gnann and Christopher Gnann; 14 precious great grandkids. She is predeceased by two grandsons that met her on the other side of Jordan, John Burch Jr. and Joshua Burch.

Family will receive friends Monday, June 5, 2017 from 5-7PM at Arlington Park Chapel.

A Celebration of Life will be Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 10AM in the Arlington Park Chapel.

Interment will follow the service in Arlington Park Cemetery with Reverend Joe McRoy officiating.
