Nancy Lee Sweigart, age 72, daughter of George and Lois Baum Reinhart, who was born, September 12, 1944 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania passed away March 29, 2017 at Bayonet Point Regional Medical Center in Hudson, Florida.

Nancy was the Former President and CEO of L&N Services , Administrator fir Visiting Nurses Association, Passed President of Lions Club of Jacksonville Florida, Nancy was a certified flooring inspector and enjoyed Las Vegas.

She is survived by by her husband Lewis W Sweigart, her children April Rene Jenkins, Laura Graney, Charlotte Chamness, and Mary Fullerton.
Her grandchildren Terry Evans, William Whitehawk, Grant Graney, Foster Graney, Courtney Chamness, Nicholas Chamness, Justin Fullerton, and Samantha Summerlin. She also has 5 great grandchildren and one expecting.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents Lois Baum and William Donnelly.

A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will take place at 10 AM Monday April 3, 2017 in Arlington Park Cemetery.
