Obituary of Nancy Woods

Nancy Sito Woods, 68, formerly of Jesup, Georgia, died November 8, 2014 in hospice of Jacksonville, Florida after a courageous battle with cholangiocarcinoma cancer. She was born in Newark, New Jersey and lived in Jacksonville, Florida most of her life.

She was retired from mortgage banking and enjoyed working at The Berry Patch in Jesup, Georgia for the last six years.

She attended St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Jesup, Georgia.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Woods, her parents Frank and Dorothy Sito; brother, Jim Sito and sister, Mary Sito.

Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law; Wendy and John Creager of Jesup, Georgia, Kimberly Witt of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida; two sons and a daughter- in- law, Donnie and Andree Woods of Jacksonville, Florida, Matt Woods of Seattle, Washington; grandchildren, Gracen, Addison and Jameson Gordon of Jesup, Georgia; Hannah, Sandon, Baelin and Ella Witt, all of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

A Memorial Mass will be held 10:00 AM, Monday, November 24, 2014 at Christ The King Catholic Church, 742 Arlington Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211. A visitation will be held 30 minutes prior to the Memorial Mass.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida or to Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation.
