Obituary
Neal B. Goodwin, 82, passed away peacefully Tuesday, November 19, 2019 in Jacksonville, Florida. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri to Erwin D. Goodwin and Mary Jacobs on July 9, 1937.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 10 am in the Arlington Park Cemetery, 6921 Lone Star Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32211 with Rabbi Mona Decker officiating. Military honors will be rendered following the ceremony.
