Obituary of Nina Glover

On Monday, November 10, 2008, Nina Livesay Glover, 83, passed away unexpectedly at Memorial Hospital. Nina was born in Coeburn, VA in 1925 to Milam and Margaret Livesay. She was preceded in death by her husband Bob and twelve siblings. Nina is survived by her sister, Etta Phillips of Asheville, NC; four children, Scott Glover (Jeanne) of Poolesville, MD, Judy Malcomb of Jacksonville, FL, Donna Evans of Richmond, KY, and Sharon Glover of Asheville, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Nina was much beloved by her family, many nieces and nephews, friends and neighbors. Nina took great joy in living life as was evidenced by her afternoon driveway "tea parties". She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Nina's family will greet friends on Thursday, November 13, 2008 from 6-8:00pm at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road. A celebration of her life will be held Friday, November 14, 2008 at 3:00pm at the funeral home.
