Obituary of Nina Koon

Nina Belle Koon, 84, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2007. She is remembered as a loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and caring friend to all who knew her. Nina was born in Weston, West Virginia on July 17, 1923 to the late Thomas and Tillie Clem. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, L.C. Koon of 26 wonderful years. Nina is survived by her loving sons Robert, Kenneth (Pam), Jeffrey (Feliza); grandchildren and great-grandsons; two sisters Donna Kiser and Barbara (Jim) Rickey. Family will receive friends at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, on Friday, November 30, 2007 from 6 to 8 pm for a visitation, and a funeral service on Saturday, December 1, 2007 at 2 pm. Interment will follow at Arlington Park Cemetery.
