It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Norma Jean Rossi, lovingly known as "Jeanne," who left this world on July 31, 2025, at the age of 61.

Born in Douglasville, Georgia, in 1964, Jennie spent the majority of her life in Jacksonville, Florida, where she built a home filled with laughter, warmth, and unconditional love. She was the devoted wife of Rodrigo Rossi and a proud, loving mother to her two children, Mickale Morris and Tiffany Van Nort.

After retiring, Jeanne found joy in the simple pleasures of life—spending cherished time with friends and family, sharing meals (especially at her favorite, Outback Steakhouse), playing games, and taking trips to Orlando, a place she loved to visit. Her sense of humor, gentle spirit, and love for connection brought joy to those who knew her.

Jeanne's presence was a gift—her kindness, loyalty, and quiet strength left a lasting impression on everyone lucky enough to know her.

She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever in our hearts.
