Obituary of Norma Watkins

Norma Jean (Quina) Watkins, 89, passed away Friday, January 11th, 2013. She was a life long resident of Jacksonville and leaves behind her beloved husband of almost 70 yrs., William O. Watkins, a daughter Judy (Bill) Ecker, and a son Dean (Murla) Watkins, four grandchildren, Shelley (Jim) Fox, Billy (Dana) Ecker, Gene Watkins, and Dee Dee (Matt) Grimes, eleven great grandchildren Melissa, Lucas, Cassie and Alana Fox, Nicholas and Ansley Ecker, Braden Watkins, and Jonathan, Hannah, Jacob and Harper Grimes, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
