Norman Lee Willis, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2026, at the age of 85. He was Born on May 19, 1941 in Jacksonville, Florida, and a lifelong resident, Norman was a beacon of kindness and strength to all who knew him.

He is lovingly remembered by his devoted wife of 66 years, Joyce Willis, and their children: Son, Kenny Willis, and daughters, Bonnie Ford, Joy Reed, and Kelly Willis. He had 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. His legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will continue to inspire the generations that follow.

Norman's life was defined by his unwavering devotion to his family, friends, and his community. He was a man of integrity and wisdom, whose gentle spirit touched the lives of many. His life was a testament to hard work, love, and resilience. He was a guiding light to his family, always offering a listening ear, wise counsel, and a heart full of love. 

Services to honor Norman's memory will be held at Arlington Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, located at 6920 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211. The visitation will take place on May 27, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by the funeral service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at 1:45 PM at the same location, providing a final resting place in the city where Norman’s story began and was cherished.
