It is with great sadness, we announce the death of our beloved mother, Orla Mae Wolski. Who died on December 20, 2024 in Jacksonville, FL, after a brief illness. She was 84.

Orla was born and raised in Marshfield, Wisconsin.  After high school she trained with IBM and her natural abilities were a perfect fit for the digital age. She started a key punch business in the 1960's and taught herself numerous computer languages before her retirement in 2015. Her never-quit attitude and diligence took her far. Her creativity helped her achieve break through results.

She married, Donald Wolski in Milwaukee, WI and had three daughters: Candace, Constance and Kimberly. She was a selfless person who lived for her daughters.  She tirelessly toiled to provide them every advantage in life.  She taught them to be strong independent thinkers and selfless mothers.  She was a loving, humorous and proud grandmother to five grandchildren.

In her retirement, she invested her creativity into making beautiful blankets, hats and mittens as gifts and donations to those in need. She also created a number of stuffed bears, dolls, dogs and kitchen scrubby pads. All are cherished by her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by three siblings, Mary Lou, Jane and Gene, two daughters, Candace (Richard) and Constance and five grandchildren, Taylor (Ashton), Alyssa, Brooke, Riley and Eliza.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Hartlan and Ruth, her sisters, Donna, Pat and Joanne and her daughter Kimberly.

She was a one of a kind person who loved deeply and is sorely missed.
