Obituary
On March 13, 2020, Patricia (aka Pat) gained her wings and went home to be with the Lord.
She is preceded in death by her parents John and Ruth Mitchell and brother Robert Mitchell.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years Jerry Burr; son, Billy Starling Jr; 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the kidney foundation in her honor.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Arlington Park Funeral Home.
