Obituary of Paul Dodd

Paul Porter Dodd Jr., 84, passed away Friday, October 28, 2011. He was a loving husband, devoted father, step-father and caring friends to all who knew him. Paul was born on April 5, 1927 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Paul and Martha Dodd. He is preceded in death by his son Dr. Rob Dodd. Paul was a United States Navy Veteran that served during World War II. His favorite hobby was playing golf and was a huge fan of the Florida Gators. Paul is survived by his loving wife Audrey Dodd of 44 wonderful years; step-son John Daniel Gargano. Family will receive friends at Christ the King Catholic Church, 742 Arlington Road, for a Vigil and a rosary on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and a funeral service also at Christ the King Catholic Church on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to the family in the care of Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, so they can distribute to the charity of their choice.
