Peggy Ann Doherty of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Tuesday December 10th, 2019.  She was 81 years old. Peggy was born in Mississippi and lived in Memphis, Tennessee prior to moving to Jacksonville in 1975.

Peggy was a very devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her  parents, her loving husband Ralph Doherty, and her middle son David Doherty.

Peggy is survived by her son Brian (Tamara), Paul (Suzanne Taylor), and her Daughter in-law Nancy Doherty; grandchildren, Katie Pozgar, Matthew Doherty, Mimi Doherty and Kaylee Doherty.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday December 19th at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 8264 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, Florida. Reverend James Jennings will be officiating. Interment will be in the Arlington Park Cemetery, 6921 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, Florida.  Following the funeral service there will be a reception following at St Paul's United Methodist Church.
