Rachel Jones Pringle, 85, passed away April 5, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida.
She began life on October 12, 1931 in Bowman, SC where she was born to Flora Mae Simmons and James Mack.
Rachel is preceded in death by mother Flora Mae Simmons, father James Mack, and sister Clara Mae Simmons.
She is survived by; (daughter) Rebecca Wright. (grandchildren), Sylvia Woodberry, Theodore Woodberry, Jr., and Anthony Woodberry. (Great grandchildren), Leonard (Frankie) Young, Jr., Shawntavia (Nikki) Young, Ebonee Burgess, and Katirashawn Woodberry. (Great great grandchildren0, Jamya Young, Samir Carney, Kaleb Burgess, Skylar Carney, and Kaylee Douglas.
A Celebration of her life will be on Friday, April 14, 2017 beginning at 11:00AM at Abyssinia Missionary Baptist Church located at 10325 Interstate Center Drive in Jacksonville, FL 32218, with Pastor Eugene Diamond Presiding.
Interment will follow in Arlington Park Cemetery.
