Ralph A Allen was born on May 20, 1945 in Kingston, Jamaica. He was the first born to Phillip and Lola Allen. He was a graduate of Camperdown High school in Kingston Jamaica where he went on to pursue a career in the maritime industry as a manager with US lines and Hyundai Merchant Marine as Traffic Manager. He was very energetic and outgoing. He always achieved his goals in life. He was a family person who made sure that everyone was taken care of. He loved classical and reggae music and sports, especially soccer. He loved to travel and visit different countries and cities and his love for photography showed by the vast amount of pictures he had taken of the memories that would last a lifetime.

He was predeceased by his parents Phillip and Lola Allen, Brother Norman and Sister Sylvia.

He is survived by his loving wife Prudentiana Hogan-Allen, his children Melissa, Lance and Vanessa, his Son-in-in Law Johnathan Fudge, his Grandchildren Dillan, Tre'shawn, Keishawnna, Josiah and Elijah.  He is also survived by his siblings  Audrey, Phillip Jr., Lola and Norris, and a host of Nieces and Nephews.
