Ralph Herber, 94, peacefully passed away to be with the Lord on April 14, 2016. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 24, 1921. He met his late wife, Ruth Roseberry, at Taylor University in Upland, Indiana. Ralph was the son of a Pastor and Ruth was the daughter of a Missionary. It was no surprise to their families that they ended up serving God together, choosing to do so overseas in West Africa, as missionaries for the Christian and Missionary Alliance from 1948 to 1988. During these years they raised four surviving children: Robert Wendell Herber, Sharon Herber Worth, Ralph Edward Herber and Patricia Herber Combs. Eight grandchildren, Wendy, Jenifer, Jamie, Teri, Lisa, Ben, Cami and Matthew, and one great grandchild, Gianna, survive Ralph.
