Ramon Francisco, better known as Frank, 88, went to be with the Lord on April 20, 2025. Frank was born in Hatillo, Puerto Rico and moved to New York City with his family at the age of 8 years old, where he was raised. He later attended biblical studies where he met his wife, Irma Atiles.

Frank and Irma shared five children. Frank lived and worked in various places throughout his life including New York, Puerto Rico and Florida. He was reunited with his children and the wife of his youth after many years of separation. Although they were never legally divorced, Frank and Irma renewed their marriage vows in 2002 and remained happily married until she went home to the Lord in 2021. They resided in Jacksonville, FL.

Frank was preceded in death by his wife (Irma), his parents (Ramon and Maria Atiles), Brothers (Ramon, Felix and Raul). He is survived by his sister, Esther Villafane and brother, Isais Atiles. He is also survived by his children, Nancy Gardonio (Michael), Betty Atiles, Lizette Silva (Rafael), Frank Ramon, (Nona), Sandra Roman (David), Frank Atiles, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and granddaughter of his heart, Thelma Sealey.

Frank's life is a testimony of redemption, the power of forgiveness and God's grace
