Obituary of Reginald Cisson

Reginald Kenneth (Ken) Cisson, age77, passed away on April 9, 2011. He was a resident of Jacksonville for over 50 years. He was born April 14, 1933 in Greenville SC. The son of Arthur Cisson and Florine Crumley, is survived by his wife of 58 years, JoAnn Cisson, , son, David Cisson, daughter, Patti Howell (Tim), brother, Rayford Cisson (Marta) of Greenville, sisters, Linda Roberts (Cal) and Barbara Garrett (Tommy) of Greenville, as well as 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and Godchildren . A veteran of the Korean War and recipient of The Purple Heart, he was a retired electronics technician who loved golf and family. He was a very loving and generous man who helped many along his life's way. Words cannot express the extent to which he will be missed. The family invites you to join them in a celebration of his life on April 13 at 11:00 am at Arlington Christian Church 8075 Lone Star Road. Following the service, he will be laid to rest at Jacksonville National Cemetery. The viewing will be held at Arlington Park Funeral Home on Tuesday April 12 from 6 to 8 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Arlington Christian Church General Fund, 8075 Lone Star Road.
