Obituary of Renate Hadden

Renate Maria Stahlheber Rouse Hadden, 82, born June 7, 1933 in Wiesbaden, Germany to Wilhelm Stahlheber and Klara Lydia Dumlein Stahlheber, passed away September 12, 2015 in Jacksonville, Florida at the Earl B. Hadlow Center for Caring. Renate always enjoyed fishing, camping, family and being a wife, mother and homemaker. She started her career as a beautician when she came to the United States in 1954 and then started working in the family business of Stonehill Screw and Bolt in 1964 until she retired in 1983. She was preceded in death by both parents; her first husband, James S. Rouse and Stepdaughter, Sheryl Thies. Renate is survived by her husband of 44 years, Daniel L. Hadden; son, Rainer W. Rouse; Sadie the Grand Dog; Stepdaughter, Debbie Niles; Step Grandchildren, Shellie Thies, Lorin Thies, Ben Elam and Step Son in Law, David Thies. A Visitation Gathering will be held 5PM-7PM, Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at the funeral home. Renate's Graveside Blessing will begin 11AM, Thursday, September 17, 2015 at Arlington Park Cemetery, with Rev. Al Hicks officiating.
