Rene Turner, 94, entered into rest on September 5, 2014. He served in the United States Army during WWII.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Turner; daughter Beth and son in law Roland, daughters in law, Lisa Hellier and Carol Hellier.
Rene was a wonderful grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and friend to many.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 10:00am at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida with his funeral to commence at 11:00am. Burial will follow in Jacksonville National Cemetery.
