Richard P. Taylor, 92, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on August 9, 2019. He was born in Detroit, Michigan to William R. and Lena (Binkle) Taylor. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years Marilyn (Kahle) Taylor.

Richard is survived by his daughter Sharon Alexander, and son's Richard Taylor Jr and Robert Taylor, 6 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. He was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather and his love of life inspired all who knew him and he will live on in them.

Richard graduated from Michigan State University in 1949 with a BA in Business. He was an avid golfer and was proud of his one and only hole in one at the University CC. He was a Lifemaster at Bridge, and enjoyed traveling, poker, and reading.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
