Obituary of Richard Waters

Richard Monroe Waters Jr., 41, passed away Thursday, March 22, 2012. He was a loving son and caring friend to all who knew him. Richard was born on December 13, 1970 in Jacksonville, FL to Richard and Page Waters. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers Monroe Waters and William Beck. He will be truly missed by everyone. Richard is survived by his brother Michael Waters; cousin Brian Errington; grandmothers Hazel Waters and Elisabeth Beck and numerous aunts and uncles. Family will receive friends at Parkwood Baptist Church, 7900 Lone Star Road, for a visitation on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at 10:00am and a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Arlington Park Cemetery.
