Obituary of Robert Davis

Robert Wilson Davis, 56, entered into rest on September 21, 2013. He is remembered as a loving husband, father, brother and friend. He was born on December 1, 1956 to the late Reno and Lee Davis. Robert graduated from Terry Parker High School and worked for Publix supermarkets for over 30 years, most of which, he served as a Store Manager. Robert was a man of God and had a passion for helping people. He enjoyed motorcycles, music, watching football and above all, treasured being surrounded by his family. Robert is survived by his wife of 36 devoted years, Beth Davis; daughters, Kelli (Clint) Hart and Crystal Davis; brother, Brady (Charlotte) Davis; numerous nieces, nephews and many beloved friends. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 from 6-8:00pm at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, FL. His funeral will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2013 at 2:00pm in the chapel of the funeral home with Pastor George Spencer officiating. Interment will follow in Arlington Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Heart Association or Jacksonville Humane Society.
