Obituary

Ronald Eugene Eberhardy 54-Ronnnie Eberhardy lost his battle with Covid and went to
heaven to be with his Savior, Jesus, on Thursday, September 16, 2021. Ronnie was born
October 16, 1966, at Fort Gordon Army Base, Augusta, Georgia to Gene and Nela (Herron)
Eberhardy. He graduated from Englewood High School. He is survived by his parents, his
wife Gwen Suzanne Eberhardy, sons Justin Eugene and Shawn Lee Eberhardy (Joenetta),
brother Troy Mikell and sister Kristina Eberhardy, stepdaughter, Kasey Leigh Adams, her
sons Brock and Niklaus, all of Jacksonville, FL, stepdaughter, Kristin Walker (Bailey), her
children Katelyn, Gavin, and Connor of Hilliard, FL. He also leaves numerous aunts, uncles,
cousins, and friends.

Those of us that knew and loved Ronnie know he avidly followed his football teams, the
Florida Seminoles, and the Georgia Bulldogs. He was faithful even when they performed
poorly. He was a faithful man willing to do anything to help a person in need. Whether he
was mowing your yard, helping you move or biking with Abate to raise funds for a
worthwhile cause, you got his BEST. When Ronnie walked into a room, he always brought
a smile and probably never met a stranger. He was quick to forgive and was an encourager.
He worked over 20 years at Swisher International.

Recently, Ronnie had renewed his relationship with Jesus. Since then, he has been faithful
in worship attendance, reading his Bible and praying with Gwen. He often asked how to get
other people to understand what Jesus had done for him.

We invite you to participate in his services to honor and remember Ronnie. Visitation with
the family will be held, Tuesday, September 28, 2021, 6-8 PM at Arlington Park Funeral
Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, 32211.

There will be a memorial service at his church, Woodland acres Community Church, 8306
Free Avenue, 32211 on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at 11 AM. Services will also be
available on Zoom and Facebook at no charge. Zoom is easy to download. Zoom invitation
info will be available online before the Wednesday Service. Facebook location search-
Norbert Eberhardy.

As explanation- Because we have all suffered with the Covid illness, still healing and it is
still raging, we have made these plans to help guests avoid large crowds. There will be NO
fellowship meal after the services. The burial will be a private family service.

If you would like, you can wear Bulldog or Seminole memorabilia to the service. Ronnie
would like that!

Wearing of face masks is requested!!
