Roxie Dale Hubble (Cressel), age 79, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away at her home on June 16, 2016.

Ms. Hubble was born on April 25, 1937 in Rural Retreat, Virginia. She was one of eleven children.

Ms. Hubble was a retired handicap school bus driver for 30 years who enjoyed driving her school bus #151 and the children who rode with her. She also loved George Jones and birds.

Ms. Hubble is preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Lillie (Stowers) Cressel, brothers; William, Arthur and James Cressel, sisters; Mary Hall, Lucille Matthias, Ruby Thomas and Lynn Taylor, son Ray and daughter Tammie Marshall.

She is survived by her sisters; Donna Lanham of Rural Retreat, Va., and Hazel Archambault of Font Royal, VA., a brother, Hobert Cressel of Elkton, VA., her son Chris (Nancy) Marshall of Rural Retreat, Va., daughters; Donna Massey (Richard Barnes) of Jacksonville, Florida and Vickie (Bruce) Birkett of Satsuma, Fl. Grandchildren; Troy Evans of Rural Retreat, Va., Robert Jennings of Astoria, OR., Jessica (Jamie) Smith of Rural Retreat, Va., Brittney Marshall of Rural Retreat, Va., Amanda (Justin) Stidham of Satsuma, Fl., Kristina Birkett of Crescent City, FL. She also had eight Great Grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Life Service will take place at 10 am Tuesday June 21, 2016 at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211 with Pastor Albert Hicks officiating.
