Obituary of Russell Cummings

Russell W. Cummings, 91, passed away October 15, 2007. He was a graduate of the University of Florida where he majored in law, and he proudly served his country during WWII and retired as a Lt. Colonel.

Russell is survived by his wife, Leila Margaret Cummings, with whom he shared 57 wonderful years of marriage; his sons, Russell Cummings, Jr., and Clyde Cummings; daughters, Margaret Cummings, Susan Hardiman (James), and Lynn Peel (Albert); and grandchildren, Cortney, Joseph, Heather, Nick, Autumn, Leila, Jonathan, Jacob and Jordan.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, October 18, 2007 at Christ the King Catholic Church. A graveside service will immediately follow at Arlington Park Cemetery, where military honors will be rendered.
