Obituary of Sarah Smith
Sarah "Kay" Farmer Smith, Born Oct. 19, 1942 in Columbus, GA. Went home to be with the Lord Feb. 9, 2012. Survivors include daughter Angel (Jim) Lunney; two sons Steven Smith and David (Cathie) Smith; four grandchildren Brandon and Harleigh Smith, Jake and Jacque Lunny; one great-grandchild Aubree Reis Wheeler; brother Ray (Joyce) Farmer; sisters Jan Omley and Glenda (Lee) Peters. Memorial service will be held at 10:00am Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Ft. Caroline Baptist Church, 11428 McCormick Road, Jacksonville, FL 32225. Graveside Service will follow at Arlington Park Cemetery, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, FL 32211. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Hospice Northeast FL or any Cancer Society.
