Sharon Sallas Crandall, 68, passed away peacefully at her home on March 1, 2021. She was born on October 28, 1952 in Jacksonville, FL, to parents Byrne and Florence Sallas.

Sharon was an avid gardener and caretaker of her many pets.  She was best known, though, as a wonderful childcare provider who cared for and loved dozens of children over several decades at her home daycare.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William.

Sharon is survived by her children Michael, Laura, and April, her grandchildren Kaylan, Kyle, Adrianna, Aydan, Drake, Bryce, and Ripley, and her sister Patricia.

Family, friends, and well wishers are invited to pay their respects to Sharon and her family during visitation at Arlington Park Funeral home from 5PM to 8PM, on Wednesday, March 10.

Sharon will be laid to rest in a private funeral and burial service at Arlington Park Cemetery the following day.

In lieu of flowers, Sharon's family invites you to provide a donation in her name to the Jacksonville Humane Society.
