Sheila was born in Savannah, GA and graduated from Andrew Jackson High School in Jacksonville, FL
Sheila is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, John C. Butcher and 5 children. Wayne Abernathy (Teresa), Valerie Sadler (Gary), Pam Cloys, Kim Pera (Andrew), and Rudi Butcher. She is also survived by her 11 loving grandchildren, Michelle Bruce, Kimberly Sadler, Robbie Abernathy, Ashley Chafin, Brandy Abernathy, Alexis Pera, Lindsay Cloys, Ian Pera, Aidan Cloys, and twin boys Ashton and Austin Cloys as well as many other loved ones.
