Sheila Starr was born in Miami, Florida on November 9, 1959. Sheila resided in Jacksonville, Florida until she entered into eternal life on June 21, 2024 at the age of 65.

She was preceded in death by her father, Murray Starr, her mother, Joann Starr, and her brother, Dale Starr. She is survived by her sisters, Joy Clark and her husband Arthur, Dawn Bryant and her husband Mike. Jill Starr, and her sister-in-law Christine Starr Calhoun and husband Frank, 12 nieces and nephews, and 13 great nieces and nephews.

Sheila was very active in her young days. She loved participating in the Special Olympics and bowling. Sheila loved life and she loved people, and anyone who met her instantly loved her too. Sheila also loved to eat and you didn't dare go to visit her empty-handed. Shelia brought a warm dynamic to our family.
