Shirley Franklin Stanley, aged 79, passed away on June 17, 2024, in Jacksonville, FL. Born on June 26, 1944, in West Palm Beach, Florida, Shirley graduated from Palm Beach High School and spent her life as a cherished member of her family and community in Jacksonville, Florida.

Shirley is survived by a loving family, including her son Sherman Stanley (Jodi), her daughter Chérie Stanley, her grandchildren Cassie Cashner (Ian) and Caleb Stanley, and her great-granddaughter Hazel Grace Cashner. She also leaves behind her sister Becky Buchanan (Nate), her brother Don Franklin, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews who will miss her dearly.

A Remembrance and Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 10:00 am at Destination Church, located at 88 Arlington Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Shirley may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Sulzbacher Center for the Homeless, supporting causes that were dear to her heart.

Shirley's warmth, kindness, and spirited personality will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
