Simona Brenner McDougald, 77, passed away peacefully on August 9, 2020.  She was born on March 21, 1943, in Savannah, GA to parents Max G. Brenner and Alice I. Thorpe.

She was preceded in death by both parents; sisters, Joann Boyer and Mary Dobson; and her beloved brother, Max G. Brenner.

Simona is survived by her only child, Andrew Jason McDougald Thorpe; husband, Donald R. McDougald; his two daughters, Robin and Rhonda McDougald; a brother-in-law, Roger McDougald, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation and service will be held at Arlington Park Funeral Chapel and on Thursday,August 13, 2020 from 8:00am to 9:45am. A graveside service will follow at 10:00am with Chaplain Brent Beaird officiating.

Simona will be dearly missed by those who knew her and loved her.
