Obituary of Stephen Cook

Stephen "Shorty" Cook, 55, entered into rest on March 3, 2011. He is remembered as a loving husband, father, son and brother. Shorty is preceded in death by his father, Henry G. Cook; brother-in-law, Gary Smith and sister-in-law, Denise Hardin. He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 30 years, Shearer Cook; daughter, Jessica Cook; mother, Helen Crawford; sister, Cathy Smith; brother, Patrick Crawford; numerous nieces and nephews and other family members; and many treasured friends. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 11:00a.m. at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, FL with Reverend Ronald Henson officiating.
