Steven Miller, 73, of Jacksonville went home to Jesus on Saturday, July 15th, 2023.

Steve retired from SunTrust Bank.

Steve is survived by his devoted wife of 48 years, Glenda (Harman); children, Elizabeth Kozieracki (Ryan), Tony Miller (Stephanie); grandchildren, Caden and Emma Kozieracki, Tristan and Charlotte Miller; brother, Samuel Miller (Pat); nephew, Scott Miller (Cristi); nieces; Melissa Anselmo (John) and Megan Miller; sister-in-law, Chris Harman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Elizabeth Miller, brother; Michael Miller and sister; Jean Miller.

Steve was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, where he served many years as an usher and member of the Board of Elders. He enjoyed auto racing, collecting model cars and Teddy Bears, and watching New York Yankees baseball. But his favorite pastime was being Granddaddy to Caden, Emma, Tristan, and Charlotte.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date. A Celebration of Life Service for all to attend will be held on July 29, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Grace Lutheran Church, 12200 McCormick Road, Jacksonville, FL 32225.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Lutheran School. The family would like to express their appreciation and thanks to Community Hospice at Baptist Medical Center for their caring and compassion.
