Obituary of Steven Patterson

Steven Michael Patterson, age 51, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2008, at Winter Park Memorial Hospital, FL. Steven was born on December 4, 1957, in Quincy, Mass. and moved to Jacksonville where he spent most of his childhood. He graduated from Sandalwood High School in 1975. Steven was an accomplished and avid golfer. He was noted for his love of the game. Steven is survived by his mother, Ellen Bennett of Melbourne, FL; father, William Patterson (Linda) of Mentone, Alabama; paternal grandmother, Emma Patterson of Jacksonville, FL; sister, Michelle Sendler (David) of Melbourne, FL; brother, Keith Patterson (Joan) of Jacksonville, FL; and his beloved friend Mary Cina of Oviedo, FL. He is further survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Agnes and Andrew Bennett and Charles Patterson. A private graveside funeral service will be held at Arlington Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in his honor to the Salvation Army ARC at 3955 W. Colonial Dr., Orlando, FL 32808.
