Obituary of Sue Alexander
Sue Lamprecht-Alexander, 51, of Atlantic Beach passed away July 9, 2007 in her home after a long battle with breast cancer. She was born in Miami and raised in Atlantic Beach. She attended Fletcher High School and graduated in 1973. She is survived by her husband John Alexander and her son Michael Brame age 26. She was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. F.W. Lamprecht. She is also survived by her sister Aleica Netti (Mike) of Hollywood, Florida, her brother Bill Lamprecht of Jacksonville, her brother Rick Lamprecht (Carol) of Jacksonville, her sister Melodie Callander (Bill) of Jacksonville Beach, and her brother Tom Lamprecht of Jacksonville, she was the youngest of six brothers and sisters. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive her.
Sue was a wonderful mother, wife, sister, aunt and friend. She never met a stranger that she didnt like. She could light up a room with just her smile. Her vivacious manner was a joy to all that knew her.
She worked in many fields during her lifetime including running a forklift to Beach Marine where she was known as Forklift Sue! Her last employment was with Under Water Services, Inc. as a Dive Tender with her husband.
The family will gather with friends on Friday, July 13, 2007 from 6-8:00 p.m. at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville 32211. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2007 at 10:00a.m. at the funeral home.
