Susan M. Andrews passed away on August 27, 2023, at the too young age of sixty-two (62) after a short but courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She is predeceased by her parents, Herb and Pat Schweizer and her brother, Jim, and is survived by her loving husband Bill, stepson Kirk, sisters Patti (HD) and Janet (Woody), and brother Matt (Ruth), nieces Kelly and Carly and nephew Chase and numerous cousins. Susan graduated from Bishop Kenny High School in 1979 and received a Marketing Degree from the University of Central Florida. She enjoyed a very successful business career primarily managing fast food restaurants, beginning with district and regional manager for Auntie Anne's Pretzels, the Burger King Corporation and finally joining Firehouse Subs during their growth years, retiring as Director of Operation Services. She was active in many civic and church activities including volunteering at the Salvation Army, DESC, was a member of Espirt de Corps and previously on the board of Riverside Children's Art Center. Susan and Bill took many wonderful vacations together including annual long weekend trips to New York City and Key West, numerous European vacations, including trips to Italy, France, Austria, Germany, England, and Ireland (her ancestral home), and cruising the Mediterranean. She never met a stranger and her beautiful smile and warm heart will be missed by all of us. Interment will be private with a celebration of her life to be held at a later date.
