Obituary of Tammy Bart-Williams

Tammy Renee Bart-Williams, 37, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2009. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bertie Simon and Jackie Whittaker. She leaves to cherish her memories, her loving husband, Emmanuel Bart-Williams; her son, Dustin Bart-Williams, her siblings, Carmen Coles, Alicia Simon, Victor Simon, Marc Simon; many nieces and nephews, and many supportive friends. Family will receive friends, Wednesday, April 15, 2009 from 6 to 8:00pm at Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida. Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at 11:00 at the funeral home chapel.
