Obituary of Theodora Gray
Mrs. Theodora "Theo" W. Gray, peacefully completed her earthly journey on Thursday, June 11, 2015 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born in Miami, Florida on August 30, 1923 to Theodore Pease Way and Wynona Wood Way. Theo was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Norval G. Gray, Jr. She was a charter member of Arlington Presbyterian Church and worshipped in her last years with family at Holiday Hill Baptist Church. Theo leaves her son, Eugene (Kora) Gray, granddaughters Lauren Gray and Kristin Gray, one great granddaughter, Kylie; two sisters Wynona Wentworth and Marie Meyer; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Family will receive family and friends on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 11:00 for a memorial service at Holiday Hill Baptist Church, 730 Mandalay Road, Jacksonville, FL 32216, followed by an internment ceremony at Arlington Park Cemetery, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, FL 32211.
In lieu of or addition to flowers the family requests contributions can be made to your local food bank or your favorite animal shelter - Norval and Theo supported these during their time with us.
